Called in to get a quote was quoted a reasonable price which was worst case scenario "$90 to $149" so I went ahead and scheduled for them to repair my broken spring on my garage door. They did show up on time and I guess this is my fault as I trusted this company was honest and I let my wife handle paying the bill. After the tech inspected the garage he informed my wife that we would need two springs but never informed my wife of the price. We thought again worst case $149. NOT THE CASE they handed my wife a bill for $463 dollars to replace two springs and it took the technician about 45 min to replace. My wife then called me and informed me of what happened and I was OUTRAGED, I called Sager overhead doors and spoke with them concerning the bill and they pulled up my paperwork and confirmed that they did in fact quote me $90 to $149 dollars. I then asked why then did you guys charge me $463 dollars he said he would have to call me back after he spoke with the tech I said thats fine. Sager doors did call me back and apologized that they "overcharged me $20 per spring so they would refund me $40 " I was still in shock I said $40 dollars thats nothing. Sager doors then said that they would also refund me the 29.99 service charge for having to drive to my house to replace the springs. I still was in shock. I was so upset that this company not only took advantage of my Wife but advantage of my entire family.

Because of water saturation of the doors, needed both doors raplaced. Called early on a Fri. Jimmy checked out the doors on his way to another job. Worked out details and he had both installed on Sat. Professional job, and a real pleasure to deal with. Would highly recomend to anyone. thank you Steve

My garage door spring broke and the cable jammed. I called 3 companies that were close to my house. Sager Overhead Doors quoted the cheapest and was willing to come on Saturday to fix it. Jimmie Sager came and was prompt and professional. He fixed the door to my satisfaction and did NOT do any 'up' charges.

Jimmy Sager gets it. He is a man of his word. When he said he'd call back in 30 minutes, he did. Arrived on the job as he said he would. He was quick in the service provided (broken spring replacement)and he actually charged less than what he quoted. Like I said he just gets it. Support this family owned small business not the large chains, give Jimmy a call.
