Went down hill
I called Bill Scott because I had read that he was trained by Toni & Guy. (Bill is no longer at SdV.) The first cut, Bill did a very good job. We discussed some options before we ever got to the shampoo bowl. So I returned. He moved to another location and the second cut was not so good. He seemed very distracted. The cut was not good and uneven. I gave him one more try. He double booked and didn't realize it until I arrived. It was a mistake and I was disappointed, but told him to call me to reschedule. He never called. I won't either.
