Today I showed up at 10:40 am for my 10:45 apt and was the only person in office. Filled out paperwork for about 20 minutes max and turned it in to receptionist. "Regular" client walks in afterwards, chats w, receptionist and takes a seat. Doctor comes out and calls her in. Second "regular" patient walks in and takes a seat. Doctor finishes w. first patient and calls second one (it's 11:30) I ask recept. what's going on since i was early and it's been almost an hour since I arrived. Tells me doc. is seeing someone b4 me which I already know since I have been there the whole time. I call my ins. and tell them I'm taking my sore neck and business somewhere else. At exactly 11:36 doctor calls me. I tell him I'm canceling, he acts supervised as to why and tells me that it was because I had 2 fill out paperwork. I guess recept. failed to mention 2 him that the paperwork had been turned in BEFORE his two regulars showed up. If you like being pushed onto the back burner while they take care of the "regulars" then by all means knock yourself out. I know the regulars must be happy since they are given priority over new patients even if you have and appointment and even show up early. BUYER BEWARE.
