My jaw was fractured in an unfortunate bike accident June 2010. As a result, I needed my mouth wired shut which, seemed pretty scary. However, thanks to Dr. Pacella's expertise and his comforting staff, this experience was as pleasant as could be. He gave me an indepth overview of my entire treatment and delivered exact, perfect results! He is genuine, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality care. The nurses are absolutely wonderful as well and they work great as a team. Recovery was a breeze, I am back to normal and the whole experience was made easy because Dr. Pacella and the people on his staff are truly caring and highly trained. I am forever grateful. If ever the above title would be bestowed on any Plastic Surgeon, it would be Dr. Pacella. Perfection is his name. I recently had a carcinoma removed from my ear and the final step was plastic surgery. Very fine stitches were applied by Dr. Pacella and the amazing results were confirmed by numerous friends and clients who could not believe the ear was ever touched.His name and his fame cannot and must not go unspoken. I had breast reduction done by Dr. Pacella in July. I am so happy with results. I wanted to get my breast reduction for years. It did not happen..I had back issues and neck pain and my breasts were just big and saggy, and bugged me for years.

I was recommended to Doc Pacella by my primary Doctor Hekmat . Before my fist appt I was so nervous and did not know what expect. When I met Dr. Pacella ,I was so impressed. He is so sweet , kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He made me feel confident about the surgery .
I totally recommend him .His staff are so kind and helpful too.
I truly love him!!I think he is an example of a true doctor should be!

I had a breast reduction done almost a month ago, and I had the option to choose between three doctors. I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Pacella! I am so happy I went through the process with him. I come from a family of worry warts..so he walked me through the entire process, answered all questions, and calmed any fears. He took my naturally over-sized, sagging and back pain-inducing breasts, and created them into the beautiful breasts I truly have always wished for. I went in expecting a reduction, and came out with the additional gift of beautiful breasts. Dr. Pacella is focused, meticulous, humble and he truly cares about you as a patient. I am thankful that I came to this website and read all of the positive reviews, it honestly helped make my decision. Dr. Pacella and his staff really ARE all the good things people say! They are sweet and so helpful. One nurse even drove extra recovery bras to my home since she lived nearby!! That's hard to come by in today's world. I truly believe God has given this man a gift, and this is one person whose life he gifted a positive change to.

I am a patient of Dr Pacellas. He did a tummy tuck and lipo on my mid section. Wow, what a good job he did! I would describe him as trustworthy, honest, hardworking and a perfectionist. I can truly recommend him. He is really a gem of a find at Scripps in RB+La Jolla.
