I was impressed with the proceedings for Bankruptcy filing by Sam at Robertson and Benevento Attorneys. I was not sure what to do and really wanted some information. I went online and got a FREE Bankruptcy DVD from Sam Benevento and it was very insightful as to how I should proceed with Bankruptcy. I called Sam from the DVD and met so he could further explain Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He was straightforward and good at explaining the difference. If you are looking at Bankruptcy and need info, Go and get the free bankruptcy dvd. it will most certainly help you in your decision on whether or not to file bankruptcy.?

You kind of need to consider that a lawyer isn't the judge, jury, or trustee. And I hate to say it but I have never met a judge, jury, mediator, arbitrator, executor or trustee I trust more than a skid row junkie. So make sure you aim your anger in the right direction.

Very knowledgeable. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful. He has very terse way of addressing topics and I could see how some people might find that off-setting or feel that it's rude but truthfully it's not. You have an attorney who is giving you the straight skinny especially when it comes to something he may have to charge you for. As for not answering questions, I've had every one of my questions answered by Sam or one of his staff EVERY time. Even had one answered for me today and my case is already over.

The problem with these sites is that they give people with an ax to grind a forum to speak without the reader hearing the other side - and the postings are anonymous. I can only say that I am sorry if even one of our clients had a bad experience with me or my staff. We have filed thousands of cases and the overwhelming majority of our clients are satisfied with the superior results and the treatment they received -as evidenced by the frequent cards, gifts and referrals we receive in return. I take pride in my office and the quality of our work. Here's wishing all of you a prosperous New Year. Sam Benevento

Sam seemed lazy but capable at first, however after the court date he absolutely would not return a single phone call. When I finally phyisically went into the office he was offensive and belittling. It was really weird. It appeared as if he was enjoying showing his true colors. Stay away!

When we initially went there service was great, but after court was done and we had follow up questions regarding a different payment then discussed and signed no one would return our calls and Sam Benevento, when he did call back was rude and unproffessional. They are only interested in money and not their clients. I recommend if you are looking for an attorney do not go to them.

Sam Benevento and his staff are highly trained and experienced in their field. A straightforward, no nonsense law firm who competently gets the job done. I interviewed four different attorneys before choosing Sam. I am quite pleased with his performance and will use him again in the future if I ever need his services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
