My wife and I went in for her bronchitis symptoms recently and we were treated in an unconcerned, "Why are you bothering me?" fashion by the first receptionist, a dark haired woman with a round face who was not Asian. As we did not have an appointment, we dealt with others. The rest of the staff was friendly, relaxed and helpful. We saw Dr. Cipoletti, MD, Medical Director. The wait was roughly half an hour from entry to being with a doctor. Having said that, we were advised that the walk-ins are seen in between appointments, so patience was begged of us. Antibiotics prescribed and OTC cough medicine advised, we left happy to have been seen to by professionals who care. We did not see the dreaded Dr. Fink, though she is still there.
