Not so good
Referred to this company for a small job. Work done by the owner, Victor Knarreborg. After he left, I found an area that he failed to caulk which has about a 1/4 gap between the new wallboard he put in and a door frame. I emailed him about this, including a photo, and got no response at all after a full week. Also, he failed to put shims between the studs and the wallboard, so the new area of wall wasn't totally straight. This complicated putting up backspash tiles over this new wallboard. To make it worse, I thought his fee for this work was very high. Be aware before you contract with this company.

This is how the review should read: We were in desperate need of drywall repair to keep our remodeling project on track. Our handyman recommended Victor and he contacted him. Victor came over immediately despite his already busy schedule. We scheduled a time that worked best for us coordinating with our other trades. We later had to change our schedule because of conflicting with other trades. I called Victor and he was very accommodating changing his schedule to meet our needs. He showed up on the day he we agreed to, on time and went right to work. He and his worker were very clean and professional and graciously had to work around other workers at the same time. He finished and cleaned up the same day and did a very professional job. There was one area that needed more attention that was overlooked by him and myself. Victor guarantees his work but when I tried to communicate with him by e mail but it didn’t make it to him and I didn’t think to call him, so I had someone else fix it. It was disappointing since the rest of Victor’s work was professional done and we had no other complaints.
