San Diego Wild Animal Park

I'm not much into Zoo's which is maybe why I didn't like this? I took the tour of Africa but wasn't impressed. In order to get really close to the animals, you have to pay the big bucks. Most of the animals were sleeping when we were there and were hard to see. I probably won't go back.

It is worth the money to get a zoo membership, because you can go to both parks all year round for free, and all the zoo programs are discounted.

This place is a great San Diego landmark and attraction. I would highly recommend it for all, especially visitors to San Diego

This was the first wild animal park I had visited. Took the train ride, and waited an hour to get on there. It was pretty neat, but didn't see what the hype was. Don't know if I'll go back, seems kind of expensive.

This isn't just a zoo. The wild animal park is GINORMOUS. They have a tram that goes around where the animals are not caged, so they have a very big habitat. It sucks that you don't get a chance to be close to them, but to see them in something similar to their natural habitat, instead of glass walls, is amazing.
