Not so great spa experience
I recently had my second massage here. I paid an extra $100 just for the "sancdom". I was told it was outdoors but was completely shaded. This was incorrect. The sun was beating down on me the whole time. They couldnt get the radio to work so all I heard was people screaming in the background while playing tennis. I went a few years ago during the winter and there was a short in the circut and the heater wouldnt work- I was soooo cold. The massage therapists are great there, however when you are this uncomfortable it's hard to enjoy. Too much money for that kind of experience! The resort is beautiful and the staff is great though.
