This vet killed my 3 week old kitten, 8/04/2010

This vet literally killed my 3 week old kitten. We took the kitten to this vet to get declawed, the paw became infected, we took the kitten to a new vet who opened her up to find that Sanger Vet had... botched the declaw, cut the cat in the wrong place and caused an infection that grew into the kittens bones. The second vet said that she was 100% positive without a single doubt that the infection was caused by the surgery and that it was not performed correctly. We were given two options, pay $1,000 to remove the kitten’s entire leg – money that we did not have or put her down. We attempted to contact the Sanger Vet repeatedly to do emergency surgery even though it made my stomach knot up thinking of the type of care that poor kitten would receive. It was her only chance at living. Despite constant phone calls and urgent requests the vet never returned our call. We finally were forced to put the poor kitten down 2 days later after waiting for the vet to return the call. By the time she was put to sleep the infection had grown up the bone of her leg causing the entire leg to turn black. Not only did this vet FAIL to perform a relatively straight forward surgery, she inflicted unnecessary pain and injury that resulted in the DEATH of that poor kitten and she was so callous that she refused to even return a call concerning the kittens care.
