Santa Cruz Pet Resort

DO NOT take your pet here. When we picked up our dog (after 5 days at this place), she has lost a lot of weight, was lethargic and dehydrated (not to mention she smelled like she slept in a pile of garbage.) The food that we have provided to be fed to our dog for 5 days was given to us back practically in full (ie they either didn't feed her our food or simply didn't feed her at all - hence the lost weight). My wife was not offered a chance to view the facility when she dropped off our dog. Finally - they haven't returned our phone calls (left 2 messages). No pet of ours, our family's or our friends' will ever stay at this place ever again.

I've trusted these folks with my four legged family members for years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. They have fair prices - all listed and current on their website and plenty of staff to entertain and love your furry family when you can't.I just stumbled across this review site, unlike the other review sites, there are negatives. What is MOST telling is these naysayers don't review any other business could be the competition trying to smear a long standing business? Times may be tough, but this is not the way to compete folks. Try providing great service with LOTS of staff and CLEAN quarters!...
