Santa Fe Grill

If you're a Mexican food enthusiast, you must try Santa Fe. Their food is perfectly yet uniquely seasoned. I love Mexican food, and I find Santa Fe to be some of the most flavorful I've ever had. It's the kind of food that makes you keep eating well after you're full. And if you ordered a burrito, it's very unlikely that you will be able to eat the entire thing in one sitting. I always have to take about half of it home. And it's only four dollars! \r\rTheir pricing is unbelievably cheap. Seriously, I wonder if they are even making a profit! And their staff is so, so incredibly friendly. The owner never fails to say hello to me every time I come in. One thing that is unique about this Mexican restaurant, is that they have a wide selection of Mexican sodas - they even have Mexican Coca-cola! It's very clean, and although I usually get carry out, I find the dining room very comfortable to eat in. I love that they show Univision on the television. It just enriches the experience. And you always see several Mexican patrons eating whenever you go in, which should tell you it is very authentic and very delicious! \r\rLouisville's best Mexican food for sure.

I often stop by on my way home from work and pick up a few items for my husband and me. The tortas (especially the chicken) are all excellent, and the burritos are such a bargain. Try the Barbacoa! Can't beat their quesadillas, either! I've never actually eaten in the restaurant, but you can't find anywhere more convenient to stop by before heading to a football game or to the racetrack. Fast, inexpensive and tasty!

Feels like small mom and Pop resturant. Food is great, some of the best in the city. Get it Mexican Style not American (although both ways are good). Also try a mexican soft drink.
