Unlike most vets, Dr. McLean is a very nice a knowledgeable person who is more caring than anyone else I had previously dealt with. His rates are quite reasonable and the service is excellent!!

I loved the previous doctor but the new Dr. Mclean was great. Very personable as was all the staff and it's obvious they love animals. My beagle is usually frightened of people but wasn't of them - I trust animals instincts of people. They did a very thorough annual exam and tried to make his shots as painless as possible. They were very professional. They out things to me I may not have thought of. They are definitely the most reasonably priced. This is my third year going here and did have my two dogs neutered with no complications with the old staff as well. It is so rare these days to go into anywhere and get zero bad attitude and all positive energy.

We adopted our kitten over the holidays and did not know what shots he had and also wanted him neutered. A friend (who owns 4 cats) suggested SANTA. They were great. They educated us and performed all the necessary work for a very reasonable price. Dr. McLean is the current Team Leader there. He came out to meet me and my family and was very professional and very nice. He is a graduate of Tuskegee University Veterinary School, one of the topmost Vet schools in the country. The person with the "Africa" comment is showing a serious bias and should be ignored.

We took out 1 year old male cat in to be neutered. When I picked him up, there was a good amount of blood on his incision. When asked, they said this was from surgery, and was not to worry. The bleeding continued, and NO ONE would answer the phone (during hours!). I will never be back and have grave concerns regarding this practice. Also, the charges posted on the website were GROSSLY underestimated. What should have been $60 ended up costing me $119 (plus another visit to my VET regarding the bleeding).

This non-profit org is dedicated to the spay and nuetering of small animals. The staff is friendly, the Dr is passionate for her work, and they provide a great value. It is worth travelling to SANTA.

A new vet now owns this vet hospital. He is from Africa. Prices on their website are not what you will wind up paying. He will nickle and dime you. Front office personnel do not know a thing either.
