Complete Ripoff - Don't Waste your Money!!!!
Very expensive and not flexible with policies. Staff is rude and instructors act like they don't want to be there. There are lots of cheaper places to take swim lessons in ATL. The prices here are the highest I've seen (6 - 50 min lessons for $600) and are so not worth it. Save your money and get private lessons else where for half the cost.

AWESOME!! BEST $$$$ SPENT!!!
Skipped Sarah’s because of the bad reviews but every child under 7 at our neighborhood pool who could REALLY swim (underwater, dive, no floats) learned at Sarah's. After 3 series of classes at the “Y”, Jack clung to the poolside. Knowing the $risk, we enrolled. THRILLED! He’s swimming (underwater, across our pool, can fall in and roll to his back and float until pulled out, etc) in only 6 one hour lessons at 4 yrs old!! Yes, there are rules BUT there is WATER AND CHILDREN involved and this business has a HUGE liability to keep us safe while coaching our tiny babies and children. They were upfront on the policies (NO REFUNDS). They have online access to set schedule and reschedule. The place is older but there are large changing rooms and they are clean, the pool area is clean with nice seating for parents, the instructors have been super and ARE NOT college kids. JD, Pat, Sarah and really everyone is polite and engaging. Brought in coffee and Sarah said I couldn’t and I just understood, her place her rules. Firm but kind with all the children because they’re not mommys and daddys, they’re coaches teaching a life saving skill. Get a grip, people, it’s a business, not a nonprofit. They ask for reviews because all businesses do, its common practice. Want boundaries, lifesaving skills and results for your child, sign up. Need to be coddled and bowed to? Try the Y. But don’t expect results.

We Love Sarah's School of Fish!
My son starting taking classes when he was 9 months and will soon be 2. He absolutely loves it! I could not be more pleased with his progress. The staff goes above and beyond to make each lesson a great experience. We live on a lake and when my son was 22 months he fell off the dock at the lake rolled over like a pro and floated on his back till his dad pulled him out of the water. He did everything just like Miss Pat taught him. After that happened I knew every penny spent on his lessons was worth it. I could go on and on about Sarah and her staff. They are Awesome! We love Sarah's School of Fish!!!!!

Rude
Office staff snippy & rude. Had to buy swim pants from them and they selected the size for you. Pants were so tight that it irritated her skin, and yes I do realize the pants must be very snug but not to the point of her skin being irritated. Just not pleased with the quality of customer service for the money it cost. Trying the YMCA swim lessons this summer.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE
I have a 2.5 year old who I wanted to get more familiar with the pool. I heard the baby&me classes were basic. THIS IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF YOUR MONEY! #1- $20 for 2 swim diapers-that you must purchase from them. #2-The instructor was about as child friendly as a cactus. I had to ask the instructor her name. #3- no one was in the office when I arrived for the first lesson and the person who ran my card didn't charge me for the diapers or the $40 registration fee. Then I receive an email about the need to pay up before the next class. THOUGHT- IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY HAVE SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO TAKE IT!
#4 Today I received an email basically stating I hadn't been watching my child while I was there for our lesson and could I please be more alert. This whole set up is a rip off. Lesson learned for $160. Thank God I didn't pay for the 12 class/$600 lessons.
