We took our golden retriever for a bath, trim, and nail cut last week. They missed half his nails and his hair is all uneven, specifically on his paws & ears. Also, when my husband picked him up, the groomer was working on another dog and left it on the grooming table (head in the noose-like ring) and went to go get our dog. That dog could have been seriously injured if he slipped! I feel terrible for that dog, but I just hope they didn't leave my dog unattended like that on the table! When I called to explain the situation, they did offer to fix it, but after seeing the dog left unattended, I won't be going back.
