We had a small problem with our gas tank and instead of making us feel like we were nuts TONY in the Service Department went well out of his way to find out exaclty what was wrong with our Outlook! He not only fixed the problem, he found other things that needed updating, fixed it in a timely manner and was extreemely helpful! We LOVE TONY and can't wait to keep working with him as we service our vehicle for years to come! Thanks TONY!

I purchased my car from Saturn of Henderson. I initially started the process online and dealt with Ted Thaler he was so helpful, I was able to process my application on line and then go in to see and test drive my vehicle and sign the remaining documents, it was so painless I loved working with saturn. They also have a great maintenance team if anything shoulg go wrong or for just regular 3000 mile service.

I went to Saturn of Henderson (SoH) today out of frustration of the way I was treated at Saturn of West Sahara (SWS). I called the dealership to complain about the treatment I had just received from SWS and I wanted to see if they had more business sense then SWS. They certainly did. I spoke with Donna and she said she was goind to tak to the GM. She called me right back and said, "come on down, we will make you happy". And they did! I totally enjoyed my experience at SoH and would defintely recommend them to all my friends. I told Hector, Donna, and Darrell that they had in fact made me happy. They gave me that little appreciation pep rally ( I LOVE THAT KIND OF STUFF, IT MAKES YOU FEEL VALUABLE AS A CUSTOMER AND NOT JUST MEETING A SALES QUOTA).Every staff that was in the building congratulated and introduced themselves. That was a nice personal touch, not to mention a very good marketing tool. People want to feel special when they have put down their hard earned money. It is a special occasion for them. A good business practice such as the one at SoH, will maintain loyal customers. They have one in me. I am moving to the NW part of town and I would rather drive the 25 or so miles to SoH than to ever frequent SWS again. I will get my car washed, but I will never give them my business again. But that's SoH gain. KUDOS TO SATURN OF HENDERSON. You are business people who understand that happy customers are returning customers. Great Job S0H!!!

This auto dealership is comparable to other dealerships. The sales people and the technicians are courteous. The technicians predict a fairly accurate maintenance wait time. As with all dealerships, whether it be sales or maintenance, the consumer must be knowledgeable. I will continue using their maintenance service.
