The salesman misrepresented the situation regarding my trade-in and advised me to have it "Voluntarily Reposessed," assuring me that I'd have no balance due to the bank if I did so. I spoke with my... bank and they informed me that was not true. I went back to the dealership to have them re-write my deal to include my trade and it proved to be very difficult. Not only did my husband and I wait nearly 3 hours just to be spoken to, it took another 2 hours for them to tell us we'd have to come back the next day because the people that needed to be there to help us had already gone home. If they'd addressed the situation when we first arrived at 2:30 we would have been able to complete the new paperwork on our first visit back.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I had a Saturn with 100,000 miles, and took it to the dealer because the engine light came on. When I first tried to call to ask when I could bring the car in, I had to call back 10 times to get them to answer. Then when I brought the car in, they found multiple problems that another mechanic later told me were not problems at all (i.e. Water pump), and tried to charge 25% more than any local (non-dealer) mechanic would charge. Then when I told them I didn't want to do the work there, and paid them my $90 for their scan, they forgot to return my air filter cover. The other mechanic I took the car to told me it was missing, and I again tried to call their service department 12 times and never got through when I tried to go pick it up. When I got there, they looked all over and finally found it (it's not a small item). I'll never buy a car from that Saturn dealership, even though my overall experience driving two separate Saturns was quite positive.

On 3/17/07, I went into the dealership to trade in my 2007 Aurs for a Vue SUV. I brougt the Aura in Sept 06, it has 5700 miles on it in excellent condition. The Aura is the second car I brought from them and I was treated awful in buying my new car. Several sales people walked past me and never said a word. To make a long story short, not 1 person even congratulated me on the purchase. My attempt to trade my Aura for the Vue, I had my intelledence insulted by "Darren" offering $13,000 trade for the Aura that is 6 months old. I told them that I should have even tried to give them any more of my business as I was insulted with the purchase of the Aura. In a nutshell, DON'T BUY FROM SATURN OF WEST SAHARA, THEY DON'T APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND SERVICE IS LOUSY! I went in for a recent repair, as the brakes were squeaking and the sunroof would not open. I had thse same problems when I traded it in today. The sunroof was put in after the purchase by their contractor, it works when it wants to, and doesn't when it does not.JUST DON'T BUY THERE, PERIOD.

they gave me a good deal on my tread in , then in less three days the rear tire came out of the axle. Saturn towed the car, replaced the entire rear axle and gave me a laoner all at no charge. and every saturn dealer I've dealt with has left me with a pleasant exeriance

I went to Kia today to test drive a Sportage. The car was great and the young man helping us out was very helpful. I had been looking at a Hyundai that was about $4,000 more and they offered me the SAME payment as the more expensive Hyundai. I liked this car more, and just wanted a little lower monthly cost...then in comes the manager. \r\rHe comes over and starts telling me that the payment quote I got at Hyundai can't be right. He spends the next 5 minutes aggressively insinuating that I was lying and condescendingly asks me to pull out the calculator on my phone. It was ridiculous and pompous. I finally told him to call the person at Hyundai to show I wasn't lying, that I didn't appreciate being called a liar, and that I found him really aggressive and rude.\r\rI am an extremely mild-mannered person, so for me to actually confront him on his behavior shows my level of distress. I actually got flushed and was so angry.\r\rNeedless to say, I am planning to buy the Sportage this weekend at ANOTHER Kia dealership. \r\rThe unprofessional Manager has cost them my business and I wanted to share my experience to save others from having to be put in this situation.\r\rGO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Findlay Kia is a USAA recommended dealer. Which being a USAA member I decided to try them out after going to 2 other Kia dealerships. Before test driving the car, the salesman LOST a key to the car so he had to use the spare. I test drove the car, and then was sat down while they ""figured out the numbers"" --even before pulling my credit. I sat around for an hour and a half waiting just to fill out a credit application. They were not even busy so I had no idea what my salesman was doing. Now, I tend to be rather patient when it comes to things and I was in no rush so I let that slide. After a price was agreed upon, the check out was speedy--of course. I had some questions later on with my maintenence plan and was told to contact my sales guy ANYTIME and he'll help me out. WHATEVER. I've been waiting 2+ months for a spare key that I didn't even lose. I never get any answers back when I try and call this person. The sad part is that, 2 days after I bought the car I got a call for their ""review"" and I gave them a pretty decent review. I guess I should expect this from saleman to forget about you after they get their money--but since they have a high rating with USAA I thought I would of got more respect than that. I know I should be name dropping who the sales guy was, but I firmly believe that this is a big reflection on the establisment. If you can't help me, then send me to someone who can! That is all I ask. Apparently that is asking way to much. Be careful when you go here. Get everything in writting. If you do a trade it they say they have a 10 day pay off.... get that in writting--because it took them 20 days to pay my old loan off.
