Savidge Construction Co., Inc.

Reasons for NOT recommending:
Slow to respond (if at all),
Low cost = low quality (had to fix their own work before we'd sign off on the work),
Failed to honor their supposed 1 year warranty (within 3 months, repairs needed to be made but we have now given Savidge 8 months to honor the warranty, yet they choose to ignore us).
Wish we would have chosen one of the other quoted contractors from our list.
We tried to resolve this by utilizing the assistance of the Better Business Bureau, but Savidge ignored their emails! I can only assume they know they are in the wrong and do not care about their reputation (otherwise they would fight to maintain a good reputation).
