Don't go--horrific customer service & DIRTY tuxes
My fiance and I were very excited to go to a Savvi Formalwear store to pick out a tux for our wedding. We went to the store located at Cumberland Mall here in Atlanta, which was probably our first mistake. The store was very small and VERY dirty. The store consultant (Alea) seemed to be either distracted or on medication/drugs while we were asking her to help us choose a tux. Still, we decided to come back for a fitting, hoping to get the tuxedo rental out of the way. Not only did Alea appear to forget that we had a scheduled appointment, but she also did not have two pairs of pants for my fiance to try on *as she promised us she would have* at our initial consultation. So we thought, well, why not, we'll schedule another appointment to try on the correct pair of pants.
Fast forward a week later, I received a random phone call from Alea, thanking me for using Savvi for our formalwear. A little confused by her voicemail message, I called to double check that she had our appointment scheduled for tonight. Surprise, surprise, Alea seemed to have forgotten that we had an appointment scheduled to try on the correct pair of pants. Moreover, she then asked if we could reschedule our appointment BECAUSE THE PANTS THAT WE WANTED TO TRY ON WERE NOT IN THE STORE?!? Essentially, if I had not called and doublechecked our appointment, we would have shown up and been told to COME BACK THE NEXT DAY!!!
