Quality Custom Home builder, willing to work with our budget
We worked with Mark at SBI to build a new architect designed modern home on a reasonable budget. We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction which included complex architectural challenges. Having a ""cost plus"" model allowed us to program manage parts of the project ourselves and save on cost and maintain a strong voice. \r\rAll together we completed a year+ long complicated build and remained on good terms all around. Even the marriage is still intact :).
