Every time I've been to Scarlett's, I've always been impressed by the level of service. Set up as a classic southern home, your treatments (rituals, they call them) begin with changing into a soft robe and having a rosewater footbath. Your services begin promptly, and are absolutely lush. Christina has never disappointed me, in the dozens of massages I've gotten here. Highly, highly recommended.

A couple of years ago my Mom gave me a certificate here for Christmas. She isn't familiar with the Atlanta area, so she didn't know that it was quite a drive for me. However, I made the drive and found that it is totally worth it. Located in a cute building in a quaint downtown area, it is extremely peaceful. Many spas in Atlanta feel more like a doctor's office. Here, you really can relax and forget the cares of the world. I loved it and have been back since. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for true relaxation. Believe me, if you live in Atlanta, it's worth the extra bit of driving!

I was impressed with the quality of service and extensive effort given to every detail of the atmosphere -- truly a step back in time to a place where the pressures of today's life aren't allowed to interrupt the pleasurable relaxation I was able to experience -- if only for a brief time. Definately a place I'll visit again and again -- whenever I'm in Georgia.

I had my first massage at Scarlett's retreat and it was absolutely wonderful. The Victorian style themed house is so beautiful and it just gives you a feel for old Georgia. Such a unique experience that you cant get anywhere else and all products are organic.

I loved my experiences at Scarlett's! I have had many of their services and I am a big fan! The place is so relaxing from the moment you walk in the door. Nice decor... relaxing music... it's all so soothing to the soul. I highly recommend it to those that need a little stress relief!

I had a gift certificate for massage, facial , mani & pedi. The staff is great felt very relaxed only thing I had my pedicure before my massage and my polish messed up a little on my toe and young lady who did my pedi had already left for the day. I am certainly going back again that was a minor inconvience.

I had my brow's waxed with Sarah. Instead of sitting at a chair I laid down on a table drapped with beautiful fabric. Soft music was playing and she took her time and gave me what I wanted. Afterwards she massaged my brows and forehead a little, I was so relaxed. It was GREAT!! It was a wonderful experience worth going back for.

This place is fabulous. Rose petal footbaths, massages and skin care to die for and all natural product lines for body and skin. I have traveled all over the world and this day spa rates right up there with any destination spa I've been to. It has tons of awards - Best Local Day Spa (My Fox),Best Massage (Lifestyle Readers)AJC Reader's Award, Best Business in McDonough and was recognized as One of Atlanta's Most Unique - You just have to see it. It is worth a trip to the southside of Atlanta - the prices are right up there with fabulous!!

This spa was exceptionally nice, I loved the "small-town" feel. It was truly relaxing and I felt entirely comfortable during my visit. The staff was incredibly nice and the building was absolutely beautiful. The facials were awesome and hot stone therapy was good too.
