I called Schantz this summer to get a gutter estimate. I used them to replace my old gutters. The gutters have held up well through several downpours.

I had two doors replaced by Schantz earlier this year, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They showed up on time, provided quick and thorough installation, and even went the extra mile to fix some wood rot in the frame of my door that wasn't spotted until the install. We had a couple miscommunications about billing and the scope of the job, but Greg Schantz was always quick to step in and clear things up. I would definitely hire them again.

It has been a great experience working with Greg Shantz and his crews for my new roof and siding needs. They have exceeded all my expectations, earned my trust & all my future home improvement needs. Everyone was dedicated to meet my full satisfaction, very proficient in their work and simply a pleasure to work with. Absolutely top-notch performance and value. Give them the opportunity to show you what they can do. This job was our first undertaking and it will not be our last. There is simply no substitute for me or my greatest investment; my home. I had my roof replaced by Schantz in '94. Recently I noticed a water spot on my ceiling. I was informed that the workmanship warranty of 5 yrs was up but someone would come out to investigate the roof. Within a week of my initial call, Danny Wilson came out to investigate.
I have a small house and roof line so he climbed up to the roof and quickly found the problem. He showed me the pictures he took of the culprit; pine straw needles and leaves that got under the shingles. Thankfully it's a manageable maintenance problem. Because it's a small job and their minimum would be more than the value of the job he told me exactly what needed to be done if I wanted to get someone else on my own. He also advised me on another potential issue and what to do about it. The best tip he gave me was to have the repairer to take pictures to show that the work was done correctly since I'm not climbing on top of the roof to look at it.

Hired to replace an exterior (front) door and repair a rear door and window. The new front door looks and operates nicely and is very high quality. The installer was knowledgeable, and eased my concerns about my leaking window. A minor miscommunication about the door hardware was addressed quickly and adequately. The work was completed as scheduled.
