The doctor was very rude and would not address my concerns. She kept her back to me our whole conversation. She pulled the tool they stick into u for the pap just out of a drawer full of them no plastic or sanitation. She didnt wash her hands before she put her gloves on or after. Disgusting! I will never go back. She has no bed side manners. While I was naked she opened the door and yelled out she is printing a paper. I was mortified. Horible experience. Save yourself the time. The floor of the room was filthy with stains and blood. The cleanliness I would give a negative 10. With a gyno they should be super clean and careful. Yuck!

I recently saw Dr. Schlotterer as a new patient. My former gynecologist had recently retired, so I was forced to look elsewhere for my medical care. I have been accustomed to a warm and caring physician who took the time to listened to me when I spoke, and seemed genuinely interested in my overall health and well-being. This is not the experience I had with Dr. Schlotterer. The assistant who took my history sat at a computer with her back to me the entire time. It seems to me that some other set up could be arranged. Likewise, when Dr. Schlotterer entered the room, she was less than warm and inviting, especially to someone who was seeing her for the first time. She too spent the majority of her time facing the computer, even when she was speaking directly to me. The entire "hands-on exam" took less than 10 minutes, which, for a new patient, I find unacceptable. Even though I informed her of a medical issue I was having, she did not address it with me in any manner. She basically ignored my statement. I was forced to call the office after-the-fact when I discovered that I had not been provided with the necessary paperwork for me to schedule follow-up testing. Needless to say, I will not return to Dr. Schlotterer, and would not recommend her under any circumstances.

Long waiting time- I reached office 5 mins before the stated time and I was sitting for next 45 minutes after which I was asked to fill out form and receptionist closed window so that nobody will ask questions. 15 more minutes of waiting after which they took me inside and there was waiting of 1 hr before doctor came to my room. INgeneral poor overall quality.

I had to switch a prescription because it was giving me headaches, so I went through the protocol of leaving a message with Veronica, and it clearly states on her voicemail that she is to call everyone back within 48 hours. I never received a callback. I called back a week later, (giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just busy), and left a specific message with Jennifer, telling her to call in a new prescription to a local pharmacy, and that if there were any questions or ANYTHING, she would have the entire day to contact me (seeing that this call was made at 10:00 in the morning. I called the pharmacy at 7 at night, and nobody had made the call to the pharmacy or me. I then called the answering service, paging Dr. Schlotterer, and then SHE never called me back. They have poor patient ethics. I would never refer them to anyone.
