Great gym with real people!
I've been going here for a few months now and was a member of another kickboxing/mma gym previously, but all of the trainers and the members are awesome. You get a serious workout while utilizing the different spaces that the gym has to offer. It's a really well rounded work out!

Best in Town
I just signed up recently and I'm sure glad I did. The owners/workers are really nice people and truly want to help you reach your goals. They are not a franchise and the trainers are ego-free. They've created a family atmosphere and the equipment/facility is top-notch.

THE BEST INSTRUCTORS
I have been in gyms my whole life and this is the first real 'TRAINING CENTER' I have seen of this size and quality. NO egos or attitudes from any one, not even the world champions that train there.If you are seriuos then you need to see this place.

I love working out here!
I've been working out here since it opened 6 months ago and love it. They've got everything!The trainers care whether or not you are meeting your goals in the gym. They have people who are the best in each part of the game, not just one person who is mediocre at everything.

school of hard knox is the bomb!!!
well as far as a well put together training facility you won't find a better school in the area. it's equipped with champion building equipment and the teachings are incredible. i love the place.
