Headaches
Just expect problems. Everything from the saleman writing up the order incorrectly, not building to spec, sending one delivery guy to unload a set of doors that took two people to unload, damage during delivery, throwing their old doors on the truck in my dumpster, (do I need to go on??)...

Schmuck & sons
What a nightmare. First the orders were late, all orders for doors and windows were incorrect. Salesman was at fault for everything. Salesman was difficult to work with, but the customer service supervisor (Mark) was helpful. He must get alot of practice with a salesman like Gary! Also screwed up my neighbors trusses. Put my project behind schedule.
