Invaluable assistant
I have used Doug for exactly 30 years on houses and office condos. He compromises for nothing less than the expert truth, even if it hurts. You can be blinded by emotion and excitement but you have to have a friend like Doug to keep you on the right course.

Best $ I ever spent
Doug has inspected 2 houses for me and has taught me a lot. He know his stuff, and he can read a house like a book. He has easily saved me more money than his inspection cost.

Be warned: Arrogant and Unprofessional
When I first saw the inspection report from this company, I thought it was a joke. It was unprofessional and reminded me of an AM radio talk show host trying to say something shocking to entertain his audience.

A Total Tool
Mr. Scott is totally full of crap. He talks a big game but really could not find his rear with two hands tied behind his back. He finds fault where there is none & won't write a report unless you pay him extra. If you want an honest opinion of the quality of propert you're buying, find someone else. There are a lot of other people with equal qulaification that are a lot better. He's terrible!
