Terrible service in every way. I paid for three service appointments, but after four months there were still lots of fire ants and weeds, and my lawn is in terrible condition. I checked my irrigation system and all is working as it's supposed to. The third "appointment" was just a guy coming buy to stick a sign in the lawn and leave a bill on my front doorstep. Little did he know, I had been working from home that day and saw that nothing was done to my lawn. So I called and talked to some kind of manager, who became immediately aggressive and antagonistic with me. I am in the process of trying to get my money back, but my chances are very poor. UPDATE: I am now being charged extra fees. The company refuses to refund me for my non-service, so I charged it back on my credit card. So they billed me again. I called again and spoke with an angry and belligerent woman on the phone who admitted that she could do nothing to assist me. Apparently it's just her job to argue with people. The manager I was supposed to hear from never called. Instead I get robocalls from Scotts at least once a week that end up hanging up on me.
