Terry Scott and his crew came out to trim my Bradford Pear. The tree looked great after the trimming and I paid him. After they left, I went outside to clean up and noticed my Japanese Maple had two branches completely broke off and laying on the ground and my large flower vase damaged. I called Terry and asked what he would do about this. I was very upset about this. He told me the Japanese Maple would be fine and for me to find out how much the vase cost. The vase is $43.00, but he told me $25.00 should be fair. I accepted that amount, but was still upset about the Japanese Maple. Being an Arborist, you'd think he would care?? He didn't. Three weeks have gone by and still no $25.00 I've texted and called, but no response until now. He texted me a very unpleasant message.Calling me a Ho and a Hustler. Definitely not a business man and I will never recommend him for a job. Very Unprofessional....

When they trimmed my pear tree in my front yard the falling limbs broke off two major limbs of my Japanese Maple and broke my large flower vase in my front yard garden. When I confronted the owner, he dismissed my japanese maple and offered to pay 25.00 towards my large vase. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received a dime, he has never returned any of my phone calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
