Insulting and unprofessional service
The people that work for this agency harrass and insult the clients. Unfortunately, I am one of them. I am trying to pay off my healthcare bills but, these people give me no incentive to work on the bill with their agency when I have so many. I would not recommend hiring them when there are so many better collection agencies in the valley that treat clients who have fallen on bad times professionally.
