Not five star, but alomost there.
I am not sure why they insist on hiring the people who you cannot talk to. I asked them to wipe up a print I saw on the rear window about 4 times, and he kept just saying, "yes, yes" but did not move. Other than the TOTAL inability to communicate with them, the service has been good.
