After one year since David sealed my driveway, I have no seen any new cracks or deterioration, even after all the cold weather and snow we had this year and last. I feel confident to recommend this product

1. Sealing and staining costs about 3 times what staining
alone costs.

2. David asked for half the cost to reserve a place on his
calendar. I've paid 50% up front to painters and roofers to
purchase paint and shingles but never to get on a service
providers calendar. David was scheduling jobs a month out.

3. David called around 5 pm on Tuesday to ask if they
could come a week early - the next day, Wednesday between
9 and 10 am. It rained Wednesday. Rather than
coming the next clear day, we got pushed back to the original
date.

4. The deck looked really good after the cleaning and sealing.
I like the look after the staining less.

David explained the Sealmaxx process, cost and value very clearly. His crew removed the patio table and grill from our raised deck and did an excellent job returning the darkly stained deck to its pre-stain appearance. After sealing it, David returned and applied stain samples to help us make a color selection. The deck was sanded as needed and then stained. It looks perfect and the sealant is guaranteed for 25 years. They were all very timely,efficient, conscientious and courteous.

I am a perfectionist as it relates to any work done on my home. David met my expectations! My deck is 13 years old. David set down with us, reviewed the options, explained the process and made recommendations! He replaced some floorboards, a handrail, and added a step after our patio was completed, which required another stair step to be required. David is a perfectionist, he is realistic and will not over commit, and therefore you can expect honesty! David will return your call immediately; he has a lot of patience and will make sure you are completely satisfied! Our deck looks absolutely gorgeous! Thank you David, we can use our deck again.
