I dont know what I was thinking and paid $700+ for their service. 1 unit, 21 air vents and evaporator coil (inside only). The tried to sell me some UV products, I did a simple research, the product retail price is $400 and will cost me $1000 if they install it (it is just a uv light!). For the places I cannot see, i am not sure how good a job they did, but I took some pictures after they left. For $700+ dollars, I expect some quality. I am totally disappointed.

I pulled the trigger and decided to go with Sears - a non franchise company. Guys showed up on time, but were a bit too arrogant for my liking. The first thng they did was without my permission, plug in their battery charger for their electical screwdriver's battery! Then one of them walks around the house without being escorted. Who do they think there are?? I did not go ahead with their service and will go back to my old company who do a great job at a lower price. Don't pay for the brand name in this case is my opinion

Got a coupon in the mail. Called them to clean my air ducts and then got the big surprise. Everything they do is extra ! 10 first vents are included and then they start to add extra vents, blower cleaning ( around $100) , furnace cleaning, extra to clean the coil, extra for attic access , extra for crawl space and travel charge; in the end they asked for $890 for cleaning the air ducts ! No way ! I refused, very disappointing.

This is the Sears I grew up with. they did more than just clean the ducts. They do a full indoor air quality analysis. including a 10 point inspection. Result - No dust in the home, and less allergies. and the best part, our heat and cooling bill went down about $50 a month. Arrived on time, within the 2 hour window. Got right to work.

these guys were real pros. Sears csr's set a 2 hour window of arrival, and arrived within 10 minutes of the beginning of the 2 hour estimate. They inspected the system, and showed me how clogged the evaporator coil was, I guess that's what cools the house in the summer. It clearly was clogged and had mold. They also cleaned the ducts thoroughly. I authorized cleaning the coil. they cleaned it and told me I'd cut my ac electric bill and even my heating bill. They were right, it's gone down significantly, and we have no dust, and we are sleeping better, with less allergy symptoms. Right on Sears well done.

The technicians arrived on time as promissed and were extremely efficient in doing there assigned work. The main technician also indicated to me the source of the problems that we were experiencing and showed me the inside of the duct work and we knew then that this was the problem. My wife and I both have mold allergies and in our 11 year old home the duct work was coated with "Black Mold". The technician explplained solutions to the problem and what we needed to have done. This was to inform us only and not as an addon to the requested service. "No Bait and Switch", just professional input. The team was very knowledgeable and efficient and I am very pleased with their job performance. Thanks you Sears!

After calling around for duct cleaning quotes, I decided on Sears due to price and reputation. The service and price was excellent. Better yet, because I asked, the knowledgeable crew was able to offer me their personal insight on some home repairs that didn't didn't relate to HVAC. I will always call on Sears going forward for this type of work.

these guys are pros. Came out in a big truck designed specifically for cleaning air ducts and furnaces. Had a huge vacuum machine on it and another large compressor. they vacuum out to the truck at the furnace, and then push a high compression brush/whip down each vent, forcing the dust back to the main furnace. then they cleaned the main trunk line, showed me all the dirt and goobers on the evaporator coil, which was hurting my cooling capability, and then they cleaned that. It was not cheap, but my son who has had lung illness, has been breathing better ever since. They kept me posted on their progress, showed me how congested the lines were and arrived on time. They seemed knowledgeable.
