We bought a lawnmower here and had problems with it from day one. We kept bringing it back to get repaired and each time, they said they had fixed it. The 4th time we brought it in for the same issue, the employee told us we had bent the blade on a rock and that's why it didn't work so they weren't responsible. He never even turned it over to see if the blade was actually bent. After 20 minutes of him repeating the same thing and us explaining that wasn't the case and the lawnmower was having the same problem it had had since we first night it, another employee came over. She said they would send it in and if the blade was bent, we would have to pay for the repair. She called 3 days later and said they put the filter in backward which caused all the problems. So the first 3 times we brought it in, they had apparently made no effort to actually fix the problem.

I have purchased several major appliances from this store and never had a problem until my most recent purchase, which was a Kenmore Elite Dishwasher. This unit has been a total nightmare. It was broken when i got it and I have had to have repair techs come out 7 different times and parts replaced 5 times. These were for a number of different things however they have tried to repair the latest issue 3 times and it still doesn't work. I have called every number I can find trying to get this unit replaced, but they just want to keep repairing it. According to their customer service, if I had bought it at a regular Sears they would replace it, but since it came from the Outlet I have to go through them and they just say that they only provide a "repair" guarantee. You may be able to get a good deal, but if you have any issues, be prepared for a total nightmare. They have lost a good customer. I will never buy from this store and probably won't ever buy from Sears again. -----Follow up----The store manager did eventually replace my dishwasher. I won't change my review though because it was an EXTREMELY painful and frustrating experience. I missed numerous hours of work waiting on repairmen. I'm glad they finally did the right thing, but it shouldn't have taken as long as it did.
