I've been to this store about 4 times since it opened. The first 3 times, I was not acknowledged when I walked into the store. The storefront is small and reps are often in the back on the phone or preoccupied with something else. This last time, a rep actually spoke - but when I asked about a deal Jenn-Air was currently running, he was clueless. He told me he didn't think they were offering the special - thought they had run out of the dishwashers. He called someone and I waited until the "manager" called back. They were running the deal and he looked up prices for me and told me verbally - no written quote. Lastly, he could not answer any questions about installation or give any information about the models I was looking at. I only went to Sears because it is near my home and my mom insisted I compare their prices to the other quotes I've gotten from appliance stores. They were no better and the poor customer service and reps who have no clue is a definite turn off. That was their last chance. I won't be going back there.
