Went to the store to get one of their $99.00 specials. After a month, they still didn't have the glasses. I had to call the corporate office to get them to fill my prescription.

I have a complicated prescription that took 5 visits for Sears to figure out that they were not truly capable of adequately complying with the specifics of the script. The prices didn't make up for the incompetence, plus having to wait 2 weeks to get the glasses back. NEVER AGAIN. Then, trying to get a refund was another struggle. If you have anything out of the ordinary- you will waste your time here.
