Horrible customer service! Shipped parts that I ordered to the wrong state. Manager refuses to take or return my calls. They have never sent my order to me and will not refund my money. When I called Sears customer service, the store manager lied to them and told them that he took care of the problem. I still do not have my parts or a refund. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. When the store manager got the dispute he overnighted a couple of oddball parts (nothing even close to what I ordered) and sent the tracking number to the credit card company as "proof" that he sent my items. What a crook! Do not deal with the Sears outlet in Winter Park FL. Sears used to be proud of their customer service. Now they don't care at all. When I emailed corporate about the issue I was told that the outlet stores are independent and Sears can't really do anything to help me.

I found out right after purchasing a refurbished mower from the Sears Outlet that I could buy the same mower at Sears retail for only $10 more. Getting my money back from the Outlet was a nightmare, and they did not refund the $89 delivery charge (for something that was NOT delivered). In addition they refused to refund the $330 we spent for they extended warranty because they claimed it was transferable. It was not. Sears Retail straightened it out for us. NEVER buy anything but parts, in the north side of the building. And NEVER buy refurbished ANYTHING from this store. BTW even though it says "Sears" everywhere, they are owned by a different, evil company with draconian policies for returns. Run, don't walk from this "Outlet" to a REAL Sears.

For the love of whatever you call holy, do not go here. The only satisfaction I ever got from this store is knowing this review will prevent other people from wasting their money here. Oh, and when they say $45 repair "deposit" they mean $45 inspection fee. It doesn't come back.

I paid for a stove at the Oviedo store. I was told it was in stock and I could pick it up to avoid delivery charges. Then when I went to pick it up all of a sudden it wasn't there. was given a new delivery date. I tried to call on that day to make sure it was actually there. All three people I talked to couldn't help me. And the number they gave me to call rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered. Poor service. Shame on you Sears

You cannot reach this location by phone. It rings about 20 times and disconnects you. I tried calling the store next door, they transfer, same thing. You can get India however! Have had 2 bad experiences with repair. They are dishonest and incomplete in their work. They are also rude. I avoid Sears at all cost now because of my experience with them. Had a Sears card for 30 yrs. Useless to me now. They simple do not care about the quality of their work or about the customer. Sad.....

We took a mower & weed whip in for cleaning. When they called to say they had an estimate, it was 3x what we paid for each item!!! Funny thing is, the price to fix the mower, was the EXACT same price they quoted to fix the weed whip. They are ripping people off! I'm sure all the 'refurbished' items they sell belong to people who just leave their equipment there instead of paying the RIDICULOUS repair costs. So in essense they are STEALING!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP AT SEARS EVER AGAIN! AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ALL FROM HERE TO KINGDOM COME. I have relatives/friends in almost every state & rest assured they won't ever shop at Sears either. And since I am a lawyer....woe to you Sears for the influence I have over my clients is immeasurable!!!!

Love this place!! Appliances may have a superficial scratch/dent where it cannot be seen yet work great and had a good mark down. We have built or bought 4 homes in the last 20 years, getting all of our appliances from this Sears Outlet Store.

I am all about getting the best for the dollar, and this store gives me that and more. Husband and I have purchased most of our kitchen appliances, from the fridge to the stove, from Sears Outlet, black appliances for very little money, because they were scratched (in a place that nobody will every see anyway), and they came with the warranty, and the best thing is they were brand new appliances, parts still covered. Definitely will buy from them again.
