Sears Pool Management completed a replastering project at our club during November 2011. During this project they also installed starting blocks for our swim team, re-tiled the racing lanes, replaced the waterline tile, installed brick coping, fixed our return valves, and added deck drainage. I am very pleased with the result. Sears did an excellent job communicating the scope of the project. During the project, they responded quickly to questions that I had. They were very professional and cleaned up during the project. We had concerns with the timing of our project because we had a neighborhood festival at the pool during the renovation project and tennis matches on the weekends. Sears did a fantastic job of keeping the renovation material away from areas that club members needed to use during the project. Our pool continued to look beautiful throughout the Summer and I was very pleased with the final result. Our Head Guard was excellent and managed our lifeguarding staff very well.

Thank you for your feedback, Greg. We enjoyed working with you and Bob on this project. We look forward to another great year at HHSTC.
I came upon all the 5 star reviews for this company by accident. EXTREMELY hard to believe these reviews. Our community had a VERY bad experience with Craig Sear's operation. One problem is they try and do everything they can involving pools whether they are knowledgeable and experienced or not - from lifeguard staffing to pool re-plastering. They entirely use subcontractors for pool work (they are only "management consultants" - not the actual contractor), and in our case SPMC did not supervise the work at all. Big, expensive errors were made and inferior materials were used. Then the "management consultants" refused to stand behind their subs' work, pointing fingers at the people they hired to do the work. Big mess. We ended up opening our pool weeks late after we were forced to hire another company to repair the lousy job. Craig Sears is a slick salesman but you should INSIST on checking with recent clients they did similar work for a referral. I honestly believe many customers at least initially contact this company because they think there is some affiliation with Sears. I would NEVER choose this company again, but if you do, write into your contract that someone from SPMC must be present when the work is done.

Hello Youngatheart 99 - I am very sorry to hear of your negative experience with Sears Pool Management. I have tried to reach you through private web message 4 times to discuss your concerns and resolve them for you, but I have not heard back. I am a very involved small business owner, but I am not aware of any project with the problems you described. Customer satisfaction is a top priority of ours. We take great pride in our reputation for quality service and integrity over our 16 years in business serving the greater Atlanta area. We are not affiliated with Sears & Roebuck in any way. Our renovations have won industry awards. Some of our reno work is subbed out to carefully selected subs, and some is done in house. We service over 150 communities and maintain a customer retention rate above 90% year after year. References are always available. As your name is anonymous and I am unfamiliar with this project, I encourage you to contact me so that we can fully address your concerns. I am available at firstname.lastname@example.org or 770-993-7492. For Kudzu readers, I encourage you to read this reviewer's other reviews and then our other reviews to get an idea of our typical customer experience before forming an opinion. Sincerely, Craig Sears, Owner

I wish I had hired SPMC a long time ago, it would have saved me a lot of grief. They are very professional, always reslove my pool issues quickly, always have solutions and always treat my staff and property with great respect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool management company.

On behalf of Sweetbriar HOA I would like to express our deepest thanks to Craig and the staff at Sears for their outstanding service and quality products. After 14 years without a pool cover, we received quotes for our Jr. Olympic pool. Sears carries the cover with the best warranty and reputation in Loop Lock. The installation crew was efficient, friendly and professional. The product and company made our decision an easy one. Also, we had them back for a very minor fix and they came out and made the fix, no questions asked..... Hard to find quality companies these days but Sears and Loop Lock hasve risen the bar. Thank you Craig!

Thank you, Dennis for your business and your review. And thank you for giving us the opportunity to fix the small problem with your pool cover so we could make sure it stayed "good as new." Best Regards, Craig Sears
On behalf of River Terrace HOA, I am delighted to refer Sears Pool Management Company as an excellent business partner. River Terrace is home to 198 homes, and the Pool is an integral part of our community and a major expenditure. For both of these reasons, it was critical to work with the company that would provide the best service and the best value. Sears delivers! Craig Sears and his team are professional, and at the same time cultivate a personal connection. At the end of our first year, we were thrilled to sign on for three more, and look forward to growing our Sears Pool Management partnership. River Terrace HOA

Sears Pool has provided maintenance and repair for our neighborhood pool for about 10 years--so, we are very pleased with the professional service and responsiveness to our needs! Always fair and reasonable in pricing, they really try to work with the HOA to control costs as well as to provide necessary information for good decisions.

Our swim club has been working with Sears Pool Management for many years now and we are very satisfied. We find the level of service to more than professional. Sears is dedicated to serving our needs and if there is ever a question, they respond quickly and appropriately. Their maintenance crews do an outstanding job keeping everything going smoothly and the lifeguards have been great, doing a nice job looking after our members. Lastly, it is important to note that the management are easily accessible and approachable, always making time for us as needed. In short, I highly recommend Sears Pool Management. Spalding Woods is very please to have Sears Pool Management operate it's Swim and Tennis. We went through several services and after using Sears Pool Management we are so happy with our pool. They operate the pool, manage life guards and we rely on them for help with many other things like finding the right pool furniture or re-plastering the pool.
