Wouldn't Waste the Time, 5/22/2009

I bought a washer and dryer from this store and didn't receive them until a month later! The delivery is a joke...so don't expect anything you order to be on time. With A LOT of complaining we got a... gift card and delivery refunded but it was not worth the hassle. Buy somewhere else!

Rebate Problem, 8/20/2007

I purchased an appliance at this location with the promise that the delivery charge would be rebated to me. I completed the rebate documentation and mailed it via certified mail, before the rebate... deadline (Sears confirmed receiving all proper documentation in time). Despite this fact, I didn't receive the rebate check within the "approximate" time frame (6 to 8 weeks) indicated on the rebate form. I followed up, and their CSR told me to wait 30 more days. I waited 30 days, never received the check, followed up again and was told to wait 3 more weeks. I waited again, didn't receive the check, followed up again...you know the rest. 16 weeks later -- still no rebate check. Because of this experience, I won't be giving any Sears, K-Mart or Lands End (all owned by the same organization) any more of my business.
