Seattle's Choice Overhead Garage Door Co

The install was great - the install manager has no tact -- very rude on the phone to the customer -- I do not know how this company can stay in business with the customer service like this.

Beware - the management team at Seattle's Choice Overhead Garage Door have no customer service skills - they are okay with treating the customer rudely over the phone. Please read other reviews on this company before you make your decision to do do business with them.

Long story short, they were supposed to call me on their way to our initial appointment, and never did. I asked to speak with the manager, and he was so focused on proving me wrong and defending his position that he lost sight of the fact I was trying to give him business! So I am taking my business elsewhere, to a company that understands the idea of customer service. Grow up!!!

Do not use this company. I had the same experience as tjernagel with GDS. The garage door that was installed was not the one that I chose in the catalog. I have a custom sized door so I paid more, however I was not told that it would look differently that what was in the catalog. I tried to reach a compromise with the owner Justin. He blamed us, cussed, screamed, hung up, called again, threatened to put a lien on our house, foreclosure, etc. Unbelievable! Do not use this company.

I have spoken with both of these customers. Yes I do have to say that we did apply liens to their homes because they are non paying customers. Everything was fine at time of install. I know this due the signatures on invoices and signatures on credit card payments. And.one of you guys.not to mention names (starts with T) refuses to come to a solution and doesn't answer the phone but leaves emails all day (run, run, run). While agreeing and refusing resolutions to this issue, we don't even know how to help....
