First Class Service
Van was prompt, courteous, professional and *amazingly* thorough. His detailed report was incredibly specific about the potential issues of the property. He paired coherent and concise descriptions with photographs clearly illustrating the location of each item. He took the time to walk us through the inspection report and answer all of our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were satisfied with the level of service we were receiving. Truth be told? We were MORE than satisfied. We were blown away by his knowledge and professionalism.
I would heartily recommend Van and Second Story Inspections without reservation. Period.

He showed up on time!!!
I was referred to this business and now refer everyone I know who needs a home inspection. I was very impressed with the owner's knowledge and expertise. Van was diagnostic in his findings, like a house doctor. I appreciated his patience as he walked with me around the house to explain the inspection findings. He was very good with detail and answering my many questions. Also, his inspection report was descriptive and professional. I felt confident that all of the problems with the home were identified and that there would be no surprises. The people whom I have referred to this business have also been very happy.

detail oriented
My experience with Van at Second Story Home Inspections was phenomenal. His attention to detail was bar none. I was amazed with the number of issues that he identified with the house. He was very detailed in his explanation about the problems with the home, some of which were structural. Because of his expertise in finding several serious problems with the home, I credit this business with helping me to purchase a home that was fully repaired prior to purchase. Otherwise, I would have inherited a home with serious issues. I am grateful to this business for the heartache and money that it saved me.

Very helpful and professional
The service personel was wonderful on time,and very professional also answered all my questions along with some help for what to look for in the future. Hopefully not moving again but would use this service again for sure.
