Secrets A Boutique Salon

I was traveling through Phoenix and was lucky enough to find a great salon that exceeded my expectations. From makeup to hair, Heather gave me exactly what I asked for. With boutique salons thinking they know what's best for you - it's great to find one that listens to what you want. Frequently Heather asked if I liked what she was doing and made it very clear she would change whatever I thought was needed. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Secrets Salon and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a professional looking, classy look.

I moved here 6 years ago. Hardest things to find is a new doctor (found a great one right away) and a hair stylist. After many adventures to hoity toity high cost salons and vast disappointments I found Beth at Secrets.I called to make an appointment with Rob because of the great write-ups but he was a month out. Talked to Beth and she got me in in 2 days. OMG am I happy she did. Best hair cut in 6 years. And price was shockingly low. Love you Beth - see you soon.

I have been going to Secrets salon for over five years now.I work for Southwest Airlines and I have a crazy schedule.Rob has always been there for me.Rob would come in early when I worked the graveyard shift 10:30pm-06:30am and now I work the swing shift 2:30pm-11:00pm and Rob stays over late to do my hair.Rob uses the best products and gives tender loving care to each person that sees him.Before I was introduced to Rob I was seeing a different hair dresser and he burned my hair up using cheap chemicals.Rob got my hair back into shape and I am very happy with the results.Rob is a great hair dresser and his staff is very warm and welcoming also.If you need your hair done the right way then I would tell you to see Rob at Secrets.

Rob is my hair master, he takes the time to listen to what I want ( I come in with multiple pictures and say I want something between all these). He always knows exactly what I'm asking for and manages to deliver a hair style beyond my expectations. If it were just for the hair cut alone, I would go no where else but Rob is a sweetheart who you end up talking to throughout the whole process and I normally end up feeling like I've just spent a weekend at a spa retreat with my best friends. The salon is beautiful, the product always seems to be exactly what you are looking for and Rob ; well there is no one like him!

I have struggled for years with baby fine hair and never found anyone or anyplace that could really understand my dilemma much less solve it. I have been going to Rob for a long time now and he is fantastic. He listens and understands what it is your after and then performs magic. I wanted and needed more volume and life so I asked about a perm and I do color my hair regularly so I was concerned about damage. Rob suggested a water perm which doesn't use the neutralizer (the damaging chemical in a standard perm). I couldn't be happier and not one hair was damaged. My hair is soft and manageable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Most stylists don't even address the issue of baby fine hair and Rob does so much more because he cares and really wants to help us all look and feel wonderful about ourselves. Thank you Rob.
