This company is a very small company that does a number of things including Dishnetwork installs. I was sent to them by Dish to do an install. They came out the first time and did not install the system correctly so I had to call back to have them come fix the incorrect items. I had an install scheduled for the morning (8am - 12pm), they called that morning to confirm the appointment and said they would be there before 12:00pm. I waited and waited and they never showed up. So, I called and now was told that they would not come until 3pm. They called later to say they would not be coming out until 6:30pm!!!! Can you imagine that kind of customer service! When I questioned them about the changes in time the "General Manager" got an attitude and said he did not want to do the install at all and to go somewhere else. I think this is horrible customer service to think a customer should just wait around until they feel like showing up. Any one would question and not be happy with this type service. You can tell by this type of service just how small of a company they are. Any decent company would call and let you know they are running late and would apologize for the inconvenience.
