Mike Grbic Team Realtors far exceeded our expectations with the quickness of the sale of our home. Mike handled our account himself from start to finish, which made the whole buying experience extremely easy. We are very happy about the entire experience and found Mike's staff to be very helpful and efficient when it came to our concerns. Truthfully speaking, there is nothing more Mike Grbic and his team could have done better through the whole process.

This agent went "above and beyond". We had interviewed two agents prior to signing on with Mike. Expert advice and skillful negotiations. Anyone and everyone who needs to sell a house should work with this guy. He's just like that man on the radio!"

After trying to sell our home ourselves, we had to move and realized we needed an agent. We hired Grant Farha of the Mike Grbic team. We told Grant we were moving out of town, and needed an agent to check and tell us if there were problems so that we could fix them. We were assured of this. 6 weeks and one price reduction later, we returned to Wichita to find 18" weeds covering the driveway, a broken toilet seat, and a door hanging off a hinge. The house looked like a foreclosure! When we called Grbic, we got no apology, and no agreement to reduce commission. Instead, they said they are not contractually required to inspect the property or notify us of problems, and I obviously misunderstood what Grant told us.

I can't agree more with the previous comment on the poor communication and I'd add the lack of professionalism. There are a few things I expect from a realtor and at the top of the list is to know how much the house is being sold for. I constantly got "Now, how much are we selling your home for?" I can only imagine how the communication went between the other realtors. The morning of the closing we were told on the answering machine that the closing was postponed while we were at work. We made arrangements at work and for our kids and as we arrived we were told the Mike Grbic Team knew about the postponement 2 days before. They also expected us to go to the Mike Grbic office to get forms rather than personally bring documents to us like most do. I could go on and on, but to top it off after the sale we got a survey on how well they did and if it was returned they would give us a coupon for a free pizza -- needless to say we weren't impressed and said so -- do you think we ever got a coupon for pizza? nope. :) 250 words isn't enough to explain how displeased we were. I would never use Grbic again and I tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid them when realtors come up. I have run into several others that have similar stories. I don't know where he is getting the positive feedback -- I guess he can't displease everyone ;)

We used The Mike Grbic Team to sell our home, and will never do so again. About the only good part of this experience was that the home was sold. All the extra marketing is mostly unneeded as the vast majority of buyers find their homes on Realtor.com. The Mike Grbic Team had poor communication among themselves, with the buyer's agent, and with us. They certainly don't work well as a team. It's obvious that Grbic doesn't understand that his business is about communication: they stated that we had hired them to sell our home, that they had sold it, and that is all that mattered. Not returning clients' calls and keeping clients in the dark isn't the way to run a business.
