I have filed 2 claims with them in the past week and I am still waiting to hear back from a technician. Don't buy a coverage with these people, you will regret it. Their CS is terrible, when you want to cancel policy, there is no direct contact to do it. I have tried to cancel twice and they tell me a technician will call me soon about my claims. Still hasn't happened, a week later. I have been without AC and stove for all this time. I have called them EVERY DAY and nothing. They tell me the contractor is not answering. So they must have only one contact. On the Rip Off Report, contractors complain that they don't pay them, so that might explain why nobody wants to work with them. I regret getting this warranty and I am now stuck with them.
