Jan P. is the most miserable person that I have ever dealt with. She is confrontational and just grumpy. She never wants to hear you out or cares. We had issues and just got the line, the HOA board is looking into it. Takes several calls, just to get one returned.

This is the management company for our subdivision. Our builder chose them so we keep them. So far our service calls have been answered and handled in a relatively satisfactory way but they could be a little speedier. It is also relatively expensive.
