1.Septic tank pumping, low price and fixed quote. Environmental Health for the State of Georgia recommends that a septic tank be emptied every three to five years to remove solids collected in the tank. Water passing through the tank will carry the solids into the absorption field causing it to fail, whenever solids fill the tank. Pumping the tank saves installing a replacement field - - costing $3,000 to $9,000, not counting landscaping. (Free price quotes, with explanation, for any needed repairs identified are given after the tank has been pumped.)
2.Repair or replacement for any part of the septic system.
Septic filters cleaned or installed
3. Absorption (drain, leach) field repair or replacement. (Free quote.)
4. Pipes, lines unstopped by hydro-jetting.
5. Pumps replaced both interior and exterior lift pumps for raw sewage or septic waste water.
6. Some failed Absorption Fields may be reclaimed (not replaced) by hydro-jetting to loosen solids, then sucking out the lines with septic truck vacuum, and if greatly non-absorbent, adding Pro-Pump enzymes and bacteria plus oxygen release to eliminate the bio-mat stopping ground absorption of the water.
7. Complete systems installed to each countyÂ’s specification and choice of system type.
8. Inspection letters for real estate sales provided.
9. Easy access, no digging, Risers installed over tanks and pumps.
10. Video Camera inspection In pipe available.

Mike and Shane came out and did an outstanding job on replacing our septic pump. Same day service - and they came out on a Friday evening! Mother's day would not have been very happy if they didn't save the day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We live in Dawsonville. The crew that came out was very professional. The company owner explained to me the value and the many details about the septic that I did not know, that is why I chose them in the first place. Excellent service. R.McGary

I just got off the phone with Clarence. After explaining our situation--a pool of sewage in our backyard--as well as confirming back to him that we had no running toilets, no expensive water bill, we'd JUST had our tank pumped and filter cleaned, and that it'd been pooling for months, he told me very genuinely that they do free estimates, but he didn't know when he'd be able to get out to us. He said that they are having "six people a day calling with wet backyards wanting someone to look at them" while other people are calling who actually need to get their tanks flushed. While I understand that you're busy, I felt a tad insulted that I was basically being told, "It's not a big deal, and I don't have time for you." I'm not going to pull your arm to get my business. Especially after I've answered all your questions about the toilets, how long the puddle's been there, pumping, etc. Part of the gamble when advertising free estimates is that you'll get calls with no cash at the end. I heard good reviews about this company, but...I wasn't impressed. Hopefully they can get some more employees to handle the amount of calls, or possibly hire one employee that only does the estimates. I wish them the best, but I won't be using their services.

We had them come out and pump our tank. They started digging and water came up. The people that pumped it before (Atlas Free Flo) just pumped the water and not solids! Do not use Atlas! Michael from Septic Service Pro explained everything that had happened. He gave details of what him and the other guy were doing. They had to pump more than they were supposed to and put a new drain on the tank. There were no hidden charges it was what he said it would be. They were very friendly, nice and professional. I cant say enough about this company. Clarence answered the phone and was the nicest person. I want to say thank you to all 3 guys. We will use them again and I have text everyone I know with a septic tank your number. Thank you again for being so honest!!!

I recently bought a house and used them for two septic tank inspections. Once we picked the house, they came and fixed up the tank for us and pumped it. Clarence answered the phone and scheduled all the services for us. Jamie came and did the work. They are all awesome. So professional and courteous, always punctual and did a great job! I will definitely use them from now and recommend them to everyone.

I was impressed by the knowledge and patience from the first phone call. I had a lot of questions about my system, and they cheerfully and patiently answered them. Michael and Shane were our techs and they worked very hard to not only dig to a hard-to-access tank, but Shane got into our tank to clean out dirt from a cave-in years ago! Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, and explained every step of the repair process. This is the type of honest, hard working business that makes our city and state a great place to live.

I called on New Years Day at 3pm and they were going to try to send someone out that day with no extra holiday charge. I asked them to come the next morning due to prior plans I had. Nick showed up fri morning and explained step by step, what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. After my concern on the cost, he called the office and they gave me a flat price and he promised that would be the price regardless of what parts used, etc. He fixed the issue and was very personable. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had been struggling on and off with slow drainage and had several other companies tell us that we needed to spend thousands on a new drain field. Septic Service Pro came out and with minutes determined that it was a simple fix due to a part being improperly installed by another company that we had previously used. They were professional and honest. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Honest, dependable, reliable. we had a sewage/septic pump that wasn't working, I told them we had an elderly renter and needed to have it done asap. They rearranged their schedule and sent mike out. Mike was extremely helpful, did the work quickly, explained why it wasn't working (too many heavy tissues). He suggested tips and recommended and advised us on proper maintainance of our septic tank. He gave us a "miniclass" on septic tanks, care and upkeep and how to tell if you need a new drain field. When one uses home service businesses you can tell the guys who just want to get the money, and the guys who love their job, and love helping the customer. septic service pro is just such a company. their philosophy is to help the customer, educate them and treat them like family. Septic Service is one of the best home service businesses I have used in my last 30 years of home ownership. Thanks to Mike and the rest for your outstanding service. Connie and Pat

Mike and his associate were prompt, courteous and very competent. This was my first experience dealing with a septic company and due Mike's knowledge and his ability to articulate my septic tank issues along with the solution, I was quickly put at ease. The work performed was above and beyond my expectation. In addition, there were NO high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend Septic Service Pro and will call upon them for any future septic needs. Eddie M.

Jim and team did a great job installing an entire new system for our newly purchased home. They worked with us through out the process to get the most cost efficient septic solution while giving us options along the way. Jim handled all permitting and kept to his timeline. Professional, Knowledgeable, and operate with High Integrity. They have our business as long as we own a house with a septic system.

I read a ton of reviews before I settled on Septic Service Pro. Glad I did because the service was great. Very few people who go with the company that charges $189 to pump your tank pay less than $600. I had over 4' of sludge in my tank and they still only charged me $295. Mike inspected the tank and all looked well. I told him I was having issues with the toilet and some lower drains gurgling. He could have sold me the farm but suggested we just pump for now since the build up in the tank was so high but if it happens again I would know in about a week or so. Well the gurgling is back and Mike is coming back out soon and I'm confident he will correct the issue and not try to sell me something I don't need. He already had a plan of attack if the pumping didn't correct the issue and alerted me to a ballpark price should he need to come out. No surprise there. I compared his ballpark price to what others have paid and with their $189 specials turning in to $4000-$6000 and I won't be close. Bottom line is that they have already proven to be honest and I know when he leaves my house next Monday it will be fixed and I will not have paid for something I did not get or paid for something I don't need. If I experience something otherwise you can be sure I'll write it up but I have a feeling I will be giving them some more praise. You can trust these guy's because integrity matters to them!

The staff at Septic Service Pro were friendly, professional, and prompt. Michael and Sean showed me what needed to be replaced/repaired on our septic tank and explained why. When they were finished they showed me what they did. My husband was very pleased that they took the time to cut the grass out in blocks and replaced them so not to damage the lawn. I would highly recommend this company and have given their phone number to neighbors.
