I highly recommend this company. The technicians who visted us when our septic alarm went off, quickly diagnosed the problem, which had an easy fix, but could have just as easily told us we needed a new costly pump when we did not, which others might have done. They went further to educate us "new septic owners" about things to be aware of, and went above the call of duty to also help us locate the path of our septic drain field pipe. I will use them for all our septic needs.

The crew just left my house and the first thing I wanted to do was review them. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. The crew contacted me plenty of time ahead of their arrival and showed up exactly on time. Throughout the entire process they walked me through what they were doing, why they were doing it, and fully explaining my options. Even though I asked a ton of questions they were patient with me and gave me all the information I needed to make decisions. There was no complaint when the work went from just pumping my tank, but repairing it and cleaning both my field in intake, just two really hard working guys doing their job. If I ever have another septic problem they will be the first person I call. If anyone I know has a septic problem they'll be the only number I give. Great job and thank you.

After calling 3 other companies with no returned calls or can't do it attitude, I finally found Septic Service Pro. The scheduler was courteous. They showed up on time. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. This was to problem was a fix of a previous repair done 8 months ago by another company.

When we had to have our septic tank serviced again, we decided to try a different company b/c they had earlier availability; however, we quickly reverted back to SSP when the other company failed to call and let us know they could not come out ON THE DAY OF SERVICE. We had to initiate a call to them, b/c we had not received a confirmation call for our appointment and our service time frame was at the halfway point. Michael and his associate were prompt, very knowledgeable and efficient. They thoroughly explained the work they were doing, the price (for additional services), and suggestions / recommendations for any areas of concern. Their tag line of "The Best Name In The Industry" is very true! This was a lesson learned to "stick" with who you know!

If you're reading these reviews you must have septic tank problems. These are the folks you want! I discovered a problem on Christmas day...called them the next morning, Mike was here by 1:00...he has bad news about my tank, but the good news, was he was prepared to fix it now. I had the same problem as the one negative reviews I read...broke pipe and "just needed a T-pipe"...thing is, Mike is the pro, has the knowledge to do it and had the big truck...as I see it, it worth every dime I spent...PLC

Here it is Christmas Eve, family in town and all the stuff that goes with it and my septic system stops working. Called these guys right away and they had somebody here within an hour or so. They took care of the problem in no time and at a very reasonable price. You could say they saved my family's Christmas. No "emergency fee" like you might find with other companies. These guys were awesome. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service. Special thanks to Mike for taking time away from his own family to help out mine. Can't thank them enough.

This company came out to pump my septic tank, and they did. The technician assured me everything was in order. I called them after a week trying to get inspection letter, they said it was $50 more than what I had paid initially. The technician called me the next day, stating that they had to dig again. I talk to the manager who was very rude from the minute he picked up the phone. I called other companies to compare the situation, and all the other companies charge $50-$75 for the septic tank they had already pumped. How would they close the septic tank to begin with if it was not working properly. I HAVE NEVER, NEVER, HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS. JUST WANT TO ROB PEOPLE.

Jim and his crew installed a new leech field for us quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. They handled all of the permitting and inspections and completed the work in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jim and his expert team laid out all my options for me and helped me make the best decision for my situation. I got quotes from a few other vendors in town. None of the other vendors made me feel like they cared about me and my situation. Jim took the time to get everything done right so my family and I have one less thing to worry about. Great service, great work, great value!

No one looks forward to this service. We tried to get another company first and after multiple reschedules, we tried Septic Service Pro. First, we received a call from the team 20 minutes before they arrived. Jim and Michael were both professional, explained everything in great detail, completed the service in a timely manor, and cleaned up everything when completed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of septic service.

I was shaking in my boots when our septic tank backed up on Superbowl Sunday! On Monday morning I called some of the $199 guys and got so much “double-talk” that I knew I was in for a good financial beating. During my exploration I stumbled across Septic Service Pro. From the very moment the owner, Clarence, answered the phone I knew I was going to be OK. He explained what I needed and why with confidence. No doubletalk whatsoever! When his crew arrived they expertly started working on my septic system. They took the time to explain what they were looking for and pointed out potential problems in my aging system. They proceeded to pump-out my tank and let me know exactly where I stood both short and long term. I was informed about near-term repairs that should be done BUT I was never pressured to make the repairs right on the spot. They let me know that my septic system would operate properly even without the repairs, but explained the risks of deferring repairs. I am in the automotive repair business and I can spot a fraud a mile away! These folks have earned my highest recommendation, which is very hard to do! Rarely today can you find honest hard-working people that truly care about their customers and charge a VERY FAIR PRICE! I strongly encourage you to call them if you need anything related to your septic system.

I called for a septic tank pump out, best price. Happy so far. They found a clogged exit pipe, and here it starts. I got a big sale pitch with what they going to do for a $2400. It was presented like big project. They dig 20" dip 3' long trench to install a 4' pipe with a "T" in 2 hours including the pump out. That's it. I could not believe I bought in to that. I could do it my self in 2 hours, except pumping the tank, witch was $275. WHAT A TRICK. I thought they going to work all day bringing a tractor to dig a big trench, for $2400. And here I am $2400 in depth. Please learn from my experience. A good neighbor.

1.Septic tank pumping, low price and fixed quote. Environmental Health for the State of Georgia recommends that a septic tank be emptied every three to five years to remove solids collected in the tank. Water passing through the tank will carry the solids into the absorption field causing it to fail, whenever solids fill the tank. Pumping the tank saves installing a replacement field - - costing $3,000 to $9,000, not counting landscaping. (Free price quotes, with explanation, for any needed repairs identified are given after the tank has been pumped.)
2.Repair or replacement for any part of the septic system.
Septic filters cleaned or installed
3. Absorption (drain, leach) field repair or replacement. (Free quote.)
4. Pipes, lines unstopped by hydro-jetting.
5. Pumps replaced both interior and exterior lift pumps for raw sewage or septic waste water.
6. Some failed Absorption Fields may be reclaimed (not replaced) by hydro-jetting to loosen solids, then sucking out the lines with septic truck vacuum, and if greatly non-absorbent, adding Pro-Pump enzymes and bacteria plus oxygen release to eliminate the bio-mat stopping ground absorption of the water.
7. Complete systems installed to each countyÂ’s specification and choice of system type.
8. Inspection letters for real estate sales provided.
9. Easy access, no digging, Risers installed over tanks and pumps.
10. Video Camera inspection In pipe available.
