HOw else can I say it but...So Impressed.Jim & Mike just went over and beyond to fix our problem and kept us informed along the way..They were an answered prayer. Our lives have been so overwhelmed with health issues that just one more things was gonna be the tipping pitcher.. Our home was built in the late 80's and nver had a septic problem, Until now and oh by the way they were not even gonna be here for another day then I got a call that they were coming today before 2:00 I was so happy I wanted to cry. It was like having a family memeber come to my house and fix my problem without reaming me over the coals. They totally made me feel like my case was not the WORST Case they have seen. That being said they will be my maintenance guys FOR LIFE...Thank You SO MUCH/JIM&MIKE..It was my pleasure to meet such honest people that I can call on again and TRUST. You know there is a God when he sends people like this into your life to help you when you are in need. I hope I see them again real soon for burgers or anything fun.

Septic Service Pro has pumped my system and replaced my drain field and intake pipe. They were very responsive to my scheduling needs and helping me on weekends. Their pricing is fair, but the value of their work, level of communication, and flexibility makes them a great deal. I'll recommend them to anyone and certainly use them again.

If you ever need to have poop pumped, no I am not talking colonoscopy, this is your company. After reading and hearing horror stories about people being scammed I was very nervous to have our tank pumped. Jim was fabulous; arrived early with a phone call prior to arrival. They didn't find, or manufacture any non-existent problems to jack up the price. Honest work for a fair price and they put my lawn back together beautifully. Jim even washed their footprints off my driveway. They have a customer and a referral for life. Thank you Septic Service Pro for a job well done!

If these guys ever want to get out of the business and into training other service professionals, they could definately make it. Careful to make sure I knew what they were doing at all times, not hiding any prices or fixes and very reasonable. My yard is actually in better shape than before they dug it up. Outstanding work and dedicated to servicing the customer and not just their own pockets. I have several times and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Michael and John came to clean the septic in my income property. They were punctual, polite and professional. They got the job done, made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing to the septic, and they did everything right away. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who has a septic.

I called on a Sunday evening and reported a non emergency problem with my septic system. I received a call back at 7:30 am on Monday morning. Jim and Mike were working on my problem by 9:15 am Monday morning. They explained everything in detail and fixed my problem on the spot. Very professional service and reasonable pricing. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

Today I called Septic Servce Pro. By 11AM they were here ready to get to work. They opened my septic tank and after 27 years it was full. They proceded to tell my and show me what was need. Gave me a very good estimate and got to work. They explained why things were as they are and fixed them quickly and effeciently. Ken Garmen worked with his men and insured that each step was professionaly done. Very Good job all arround. Thank you Ken.

Jim is a true professional who worked with me over months to identify and correct septic field problems. His positive attitude and helpful discussion in resolving issues is the best I found.

Words cannot adequately express the commitment of Jim and his team to helping me solve my septic drain field issues this past year. Jim worked with me for months to evaluate the situation, investigate a possible Gwinnett County sewer line solution, and then ultimately design and install the final plan with skill and diligence. Jim has a tremendous professional relationship with the Gwinnett County Environmental Health inspectors, which was critical as he had to modify the plan in the middle of the project. Kudos to Jim, Clarence and all others involved - you have earned my trust and respect, and I am a customer for life! Mark Brannon

Gosh! What service!! Jim and Mike came at 8 a.m. prior to a job to see about my trouble, told me what to do and said they would be back as soon as possible. They came back as my husband "got home from work" and began. They showed us all along the way what was wrong with our water main and septic. They finished the job at 10:10 p.m. and we had water!!! Thank You Jim and Mike. That is what the "American Worker" is ALL about!! We recommend. The Warners

In a day and age when it seems increasingly difficult to find any type of company that employs folks with good customer service skills, these septic guys are TOP NOTCH!!! Seriously, I never thought I'd be writing a review about my septic tank pump-out experience but they absolutely deserved it. The guys were not only on-time but a little early. They were VERY professional, did a great job of taking care of my landscaping (which is special to me!), and did it all at a very reasonable price without trying to "up-sell" me on everything under the sun. I highly recommend these folks as they are true professionals in a crappy business (pun intended!). Keep up the great work Clarence and team!!!

1.Septic tank pumping, low price and fixed quote. Environmental Health for the State of Georgia recommends that a septic tank be emptied every three to five years to remove solids collected in the tank. Water passing through the tank will carry the solids into the absorption field causing it to fail, whenever solids fill the tank. Pumping the tank saves installing a replacement field - - costing $3,000 to $9,000, not counting landscaping. (Free price quotes, with explanation, for any needed repairs identified are given after the tank has been pumped.)
2.Repair or replacement for any part of the septic system.
Septic filters cleaned or installed
3. Absorption (drain, leach) field repair or replacement. (Free quote.)
4. Pipes, lines unstopped by hydro-jetting.
5. Pumps replaced both interior and exterior lift pumps for raw sewage or septic waste water.
6. Some failed Absorption Fields may be reclaimed (not replaced) by hydro-jetting to loosen solids, then sucking out the lines with septic truck vacuum, and if greatly non-absorbent, adding Pro-Pump enzymes and bacteria plus oxygen release to eliminate the bio-mat stopping ground absorption of the water.
7. Complete systems installed to each county’s specification and choice of system type.
8. Inspection letters for real estate sales provided.
9. Easy access, no digging, Risers installed over tanks and pumps.
