1.Septic tank pumping, low price and fixed quote. Environmental Health for the State of Georgia recommends that a septic tank be emptied every three to five years to remove solids collected in the tank. Water passing through the tank will carry the solids into the absorption field causing it to fail, whenever solids fill the tank. Pumping the tank saves installing a replacement field - - costing $3,000 to $9,000, not counting landscaping. (Free price quotes, with explanation, for any needed repairs identified are given after the tank has been pumped.)
2.Repair or replacement for any part of the septic system.
Septic filters cleaned or installed
3. Absorption (drain, leach) field repair or replacement. (Free quote.)
4. Pipes, lines unstopped by hydro-jetting.
5. Pumps replaced both interior and exterior lift pumps for raw sewage or septic waste water.
6. Some failed Absorption Fields may be reclaimed (not replaced) by hydro-jetting to loosen solids, then sucking out the lines with septic truck vacuum, and if greatly non-absorbent, adding Pro-Pump enzymes and bacteria plus oxygen release to eliminate the bio-mat stopping ground absorption of the water.
7. Complete systems installed to each countyÂ’s specification and choice of system type.
8. Inspection letters for real estate sales provided.
9. Easy access, no digging, Risers installed over tanks and pumps.
10. Video Camera inspection In pipe available.
I called this company yesterday and asked them to come pump the septic tank. Steven arrived on time and was very professional. He did everything he said he would for the price that I was quoted from Clarence, the owner, when I scheduled the service. When he discovered that the drain field line wasn't working properly, he suggested pumping the drain line, adding chemicals, and installing a pvct. for a cost of 1240. Before agreeing, I called several friends and acquaintances and asked their opinion. All said that they didn't think it was a good idea and that the chemicals would not be effective.I agreed to have the work done as I had been told several times that the work was guaranteed for as long as I owned the home; however, when I talked to Clarence on the phone, he told me that if these procedures didn't fix the problem, the best he would do would be to refund half the 1240. When I told him that would leave me right where I am now minus 620 dollars, he responded that he would not guarantee the work and then have to cover a $6000 drain field issue, which, of course, I was not asking him to do. I simply wanted my issue fixed. When I told him as much, his response was, "How do you want me to fix it?" I've tried to keep emotion out of this review and simply summarize the experience. I would not recommend this company for septic service.

Mike and Shane did a great job servicing and inspecting my septic. The were very knowledgable, friendly, offered all kinds of suggestions, price was good, and they repaired my access lid without any issue. The office scheduling was great and prompt. Great to see a quality company that care about doing it right.

They had to come out twice (didn't charge for the extra trip) because we had a difficult time finding our tank. They found it under or deck which had to be removed to access the tank. Once I resolved that they came out again and emptied the tank and repaired the drain field. It was long overdue. Thanks for the great job!! Ken

I have used Septic Service Pro on a few occasions (Which by the way is no negative reflection on them). They are definitely Septic Service Pros. Their pricing is fair, the personnel are polite and as professional as it gets. I accidentally paid hundreds to another company out of Gainesville that begins with an "H" who said Yup.. its broke and got nothing more than that. I called Septic Service pro who fixed it for less than the other company who charged hundreds >$500 to agree its broke and charged a sickly high service call.

Michael and Shane did an awesome/fantastic job. They had to locate our main septic tank which was in the front yard. They pumped the septic, installed a new baffle tee and installed a new concrete lid. The original septic guy who installed our tank broke one of the lids and covered the spot with 2x10's and a sheet of plywood. After 24 years this had rotted and caved in and the tank was full of dirt and wood. They did not charge me any extra for this additional work. They ordered me a new concrete lid, went to Gainesville to pick it up and installed it. While covering it up the new lid broke and all the concrete and dirt went back into the tank. These guys just got back to work and dug it out by hand and ordered another lid. The faulty lid cost them additional time and money, but they did not charge me any additional to cover their loss. Very little yard displaced. I will definitely use Septic Service Pro again. I cannot say enough about this company and the great team they have put together. They are honest, reliable, and do the job right. If you ever have any septic issues this is the only company you need to call.

I called Septic Service Pro on Wednesday 12 Aug to have our septic tank pumped at our home in Flowery Branch. Clarence set up an appt for Thursday morning. Next day Mike and Shane showed up promptly at 9a.m., drained the tank, did an inspection, cleaned everything, and completed the job in 1 hour. Great friendly service all around! Highly recommend!

Michael and assistant pointed out a leaking toilet that I didn't know I had (saved me $ there!). They also disturbed very little of the yard to get to the tank. Not the super cheapest but no hard upsell when they got here. Very pleased.

Clarence, Nick and Steve did an outstanding job on the repair of my sand filter system. They were extremely knowledgeable in the way they approached the job and very professional in the execution. They left everything the way they found it when the job was complete and the price was very reasonable. They really live up to the name Service Pro and I would recommend them to anyone. Great company! Gave me a rough idea of the cost over the phone. Came out to my house gave a fair estimate. After digging they found that it would cost a bit more (based on the condition and age of my septic tank) but DID NOT charge me a dime extra!!! The saved me a ton of money by knowing how to fix my problem instead of suggesting that I replace my drain field (like the other three companies did). Worked late into the night and completed the job. Plus left the work area looking neater than when they started. If you are looking for a fair, honest, company that knows their business and does a fantastic job, look no further. These guys are the best!
