Professional, quality work
Jim and his crew installed a new leech field for us quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. They handled all of the permitting and inspections and completed the work in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job done
Jim and his expert team laid out all my options for me and helped me make the best decision for my situation. I got quotes from a few other vendors in town. None of the other vendors made me feel like they cared about me and my situation. Jim took the time to get everything done right so my family and I have one less thing to worry about. Great service, great work, great value!

Great Service
No one looks forward to this service. We tried to get another company first and after multiple reschedules, we tried Septic Service Pro. First, we received a call from the team 20 minutes before they arrived. Jim and Michael were both professional, explained everything in great detail, completed the service in a timely manor, and cleaned up everything when completed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of septic service.

True Professionals with Integrity!
I was shaking in my boots when our septic tank backed up on Superbowl Sunday! On Monday morning I called some of the $199 guys and got so much “double-talk” that I knew I was in for a good financial beating. During my exploration I stumbled across Septic Service Pro. From the very moment the owner, Clarence, answered the phone I knew I was going to be OK. He explained what I needed and why with confidence. No doubletalk whatsoever!
When his crew arrived they expertly started working on my septic system. They took the time to explain what they were looking for and pointed out potential problems in my aging system. They proceeded to pump-out my tank and let me know exactly where I stood both short and long term. I was informed about near-term repairs that should be done BUT I was never pressured to make the repairs right on the spot. They let me know that my septic system would operate properly even without the repairs, but explained the risks of deferring repairs.
I am in the automotive repair business and I can spot a fraud a mile away! These folks have earned my highest recommendation, which is very hard to do! Rarely today can you find honest hard-working people that truly care about their customers and charge a VERY FAIR PRICE! I strongly encourage you to call them if you need anything related to your septic system.
